Receptionist Position

Christie and Associates is looking to hire a Receptionist, responsible for professionally answering and accurately directing phone calls.  This individual will also greet clients and visitors in a positive manner. The Receptionist meets agency service standards of time and quality, as well as performs light word processing and data entry projects as need or requested.

What you’ll do:
Manage incoming calls by asking relevant questions to expedite routing of calls.
Demonstrate excellent telephone etiquette skills.
Meet & Greet Visitors in a professional manner and notify respective employee the visitor has arrived.
Distribute and prepare incoming/outgoing mail.
Manage functions of the print room including ordering supplies, distribution of faxes and filling paper trays as needed.
Complete other tasks as required by management.
Utilize management system to complete various assignments.

Commercial Lines Client Advisor Position

Christie and Associates is looking to hire a full-time Commercial Lines Client Advisor , responsible for helping to build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients. This includes assisting them with identifying their Insurance needs, evaluating and securing appropriate policies and coverages, managing customer documentation, and maintaining professional, responsive and proactive communication.

What you’ll do
:
Obtain an insurance license and required continuing education.

Service a current book of business-this includes the following: consult clients on commercial insurance questions, daily service, ie. issue certificates, report claims, make policy changes, process renewals and remarket accounts when needed.

Asking relevant questions to uncover the true Insurance needs of clients

Serve as a consultative and trusted resource to our clients by identifying risks and coverage gaps, recommending insurance products and services based on their individual needs and circumstance

Quote new business for the agency

Create and maintain relationships with underwriters

Christie and Associates is looking to hire a Personal Lines Client Advisor, responsible for helping to build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients. This includes assisting them with identifying their Insurance needs, evaluating and securing appropriate policies and coverages, managing customer documentation, and maintaining professional, responsive and proactive communication.

Demonstrate excellent telephone etiquette skills.  Listen to client’s needs and offer solutions to best fit their needs.
Demonstrate a professional attitude at all times when working with internal/external customers.
Utilize management system to complete various transactions per procedure guidelines.
Complete other tasks as required by management.
